Uniting a remote organisation with a shared vision

After launching their first product across the USA during COVID, Urovant Sciences had a large, diverse workforce that had never met in person. In the absence of a strong narrative, the company’s mission and values were becoming diluted.

Encouraging ownership through shared content creation

Onyx Health devised an interactive communications initiative inviting staff from across the business to submit self filmed footage about why they wanted to work at Urovant – “My Why”.

We supported the team to get the best outcomes by creating simple explanatory directions and commissioned professional film to augment the footage and create an impactful shared narrative.

Creating a campaign longevity with a library of assets

We developed a suite of video materials (4 short films, 2 long form foundational films, and a library of snackable pieces) celebrating the Urovant community, their achievements and ambitions which formed the foundation for a campaign over the next year (and counting) that celebrated shared purpose and success among existing employees. It is used to showcase the company culture and as a foundation for continued recruitment in the USA and EU.
