Our Director, Karen Winterhalter has worked in healthcare communications for over 25 years. Having previously led and implemented global communications and marketing strategies for Pfizer, Lilly, Medtronic and many more, she established Onyx Health because she had an innate passion to provide commercial and marketing advice to SME companies, to help them grow, at a price they could afford.

We are hoping to deliver the same level of commercial success for One Nucleus members as we have for existing clients. In recent months, we have turned around a failing medical diagnostic company, and over a 5-year period guided a supplier of pharmaceutical products to achieve sales of £1m per month.

Karen believes that strategic marketing communications is the key to turnover and growth, especially when today’s healthcare market is much more complex and challenging to enter. “We work with our clients to help them understand what they need to say, who they need to say it to and what channels they need to use to communicate those messages. A well-researched and thought through strategic commercial and marketing approach enables our clients overcome market barriers and generate sales.”
