Alex has 8 years’ experience of working across a broad range of clients with corporate communications, social and traditional media relations needs. After a brief stint of working in public affairs, Alex was inspired to make a real difference in people’s lives. He made the move into the world of healthcare communications where he has worked with everyone from start-ups to some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical and medical devices companies.
Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of activity, Alex operates as the main point of contact on client matters. With knowledge of the business, medical and consumer press, he has experience of coordinating media events for promotional and non-promotional disease awareness campaigns that has delivered strong media results for his clients. Over the years, Alex has also managed various corporate communication initiatives, organised symposia, roundtables and is a keen copy writer that provides clear and concise healthcare messages.
Recently married to a Northumbrian, Alex was convinced to make the move up to the North East from London, and hasn’t looked back. Since joining Onyx Health in 2016, Alex has looked after the Company’s pharmaceutical clients. Alex’s strategic and logical approach to tasks means he’s always looking at the bigger picture; helping to define, consider, challenge or even improve a client’s brief. And deliver it with precision.
