Our one-agency approach

One of the things that separates Onyx Health from other agencies is our ‘one-agency approach’. So, what does this mean, and why do we regard this as a key strength of our service offering, helping to set us apart from the competition? 

 Firstly, we’re proudly independent; with no stakeholders or holding companies to slow down processes, we’re free to be creative, flexible and, most importantly, provide our clients with the personal service we know makes a difference and ensures long-lasting relationships. 

 We cover a complete range of communications expertise under one roof. Our comprehensive approach offers value for clients who don’t want to engage with several agencies and would prefer to work with one that ensures aligned thinking across a range of services. We’ve built a diverse team of talented individuals, covering a wide range of marketing communications skills to perfectly service clients in the healthcare and pharma industry. 

 Whoever you’re speaking to, whether that’s externally with HCPs, partners and investors or internally with colleagues, we tailor our approach to your goals, providing strategy and support across brand development & promotion, medical education and corporate communications. 

 We can also work independently or more collaboratively. We have a preference for the latter, as we love to bring clients along on the journey, but we also understand that client capability and resource can vary hugely. This approach, which benefits from flexibility and scalability, suits a wide range of client requirements. 

 When it comes to projects that require multiple areas of expertise, we find that our one-agency approach is the perfect solution. Any given campaign can involve every individual within the agency:

 The benefits of this approach are clear to see: we can collaborate more effectively, with quick and easy access to all the other individual areas of expertise. Discussions can be more fluid, rather than having to organise meetings and consult different teams and managers from several agencies. Our process allows for greater flexibility. Everyone is under the same roof and has direct access to each other, resulting in closer working relationships. 

 Working in this way can also mean increased cost-effectiveness. When there are more teams and separate resources to align, it can often result in things like changes to schedule, the need to mediate, unforeseen delays having a domino effect and greater involvement in keeping everything and everybody on track. This, in turn, leads to scope-creep and increased costs, not to mention project delay and frustrations all round. With one agency-side account manager keeping everything aligned and being a key point of contact, this effectively removes the time-consuming task of having to keep all the separate parts working smoothly together as it’s all taken care of within one team.
