Calling all Healthcare Innovators

The North East is full of Bright Ideas, and so for a second year running we are proud to be sponsoring the Bright Ideas in Health Awards 2016.

Organised by NHS Innovations North on behalf of The Academic Health Science Network North East and North Cumbria, it invites organisations based in the North East of England and North Cumbria to showcase the very latest in healthcare innovation.

Last year’s awards saw PolyPhotonix win the SME Innovation in Healthcare award, with their ground-breaking sleep mask for diabetic retinopathy – the biggest cause of blindness in working-age adults.

We are very excited for this year’s awards ceremony in May to see what the hotbed of healthcare talent in the North East and North Cumbria has to offer.
