Creating a social media presence for Suu Balm

Our client, based in Singapore, required a reliable partner to successfully launch Suu Balm, a fast itch relieving moisturising cream to consumers unfamiliar with the brand.

Product launch, awareness and dialogue

We established a social media presence from scratch, to place a combination of owned, paid and earned placements through influencer and consumer engagement. Creating a steady flow of content, we were able to raise awareness of Suu Balm’s unique properties, turning interaction and dialogue into an action.

Stimulating engagement and boosting exposure

In the first 6 months, Suu Balm’s Facebook page reached 160.8K people, generating 4.9K page views and 51.7K video views. Facebook and Twitter were the go-to platforms to ask questions, with 100% response rate of 4 minutes via Facebook.
